Biden Practices in Secret with His Advisors at Camp David

Biden Self ISOLATES at Camp David

While Biden is holed up at Camp David, preparing with advisers ahead of the debate, his team has leaks. A report from the AP said he might even refer to ex-President Donald Trump as a “convicted felon,” a straightforward and blunt setup that allows Trump plenty of time to prepare a response. Trump should laugh at Biden and say he is getting desperate by making such an obvious political move before reminding him of his awful track record of a term.

The leak revealed Biden needs to stand for 90 minutes, which at best calls into question his physical stamina. This is both funny and sad. Well, could that be the ‘surprise’ up their sleeves from those physical performance promises? If he has to rehearse being on his feet for an hour, that’s an even sadder commentary about how checked out he possibly is.

It is not a question of whether Biden can walk or will fall over. Instead, it is about his wrong-headed policy prescriptions, how badly he is hurting the American people, and why he has to be defeated for the nation’s good. Whether he has been “juicing” is still up for debate. With Biden’s getting the questions in advance, it doesn’t make his record any better than Trump’s. From Afghanistan to the border to inflation, Biden has really been scraping the bottom, which is one of the reasons why Americans are giving Trump a higher rating poll-wise.

Biden is also weak on an international level. He has struggled in international relations with important allies. Adding to it, the sudden pullout from Afghanistan saw scrambles for not only Americans but the allies. In some cases, it has caused 50 years of NATO partnerships to become “shaky,” and the absence of reliance can likewise be seen.

Meanwhile, the border crisis back home shows no sign of abating. Illegal crossings have surged during the administration, overwhelming border states and their resources. There is an absence of a comprehensive immigration plan, which remains a sore point for American citizens who feel the burden in their own neighborhoods and local economies.

Inflation is also a pillar of contention. Americans are feeling it in their wallets — as the price of everyday goods and services soar to painful new levels. As much as they try to water it down, the fact remains that many across the state are struggling unprecedentedly to pay bills. Hollow are the promises of economic recovery when the cost of living continues to skyrocket.

Joe Biden’s paralysis in confronting these urgent issues head-on is a critical factor in his precipitous fall from grace, as reflected by his abysmal opinion ratings. His gaffes, flip-flops, and enthusiasm gap have all but killed his buzz; the debates are his moment to face these critiques head-on, but with the leaks and need for such prep taking place, how can he possibly be up to the task?
