Senator Mike Lee has proposed a strategic response to address concerns over Pennsylvania’s contested Senate race outcome between Bob Casey and Republican David McCormick.

Following McCormick’s narrow victory, which was acknowledged by multiple networks, allegations have surfaced regarding Democratic efforts to influence the final count during the automatic recount process.

Concerns have emerged about Casey and Democratic strategist Marc Elias allegedly attempting to include contested ballots in the final tally, a move that has drawn criticism, particularly given Casey’s previous statements regarding election integrity and Donald Trump.

Senator Lee, drawing from his legal expertise, suggested a constitutional solution to the situation.

Republican legal teams are actively working to prevent this scenario from materializing, despite the party’s assured Senate control regardless of Pennsylvania’s outcome.

RNC Chairman Michael Whatley has initiated legal action to address these concerns.

“Let’s be clear: [Dave McCormick] has won this race,” he wrote on the X platform. Bob Casey lost and Democrat officials and lawyers are trying to sow doubt in the democratic process. Our attorneys will not let it stand.”

“PENNSYLVANIA: Tonight the RNC is filing two new lawsuits — in Bucks County and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court — to STOP the counting of illegal ballots. We have won this court battle several times already. Let’s be clear: @DaveMcCormickPA has won this race. Bob Casey lost and…”
