For more than two weeks, Casey delayed his concession while Bucks County processed invalid ballots.
Despite McCormick and Trump’s clear victory, Bucks County defied regulations by tallying ballots lacking dates or containing incorrect dates.
Last Thursday, Democratic Commissioners in Bucks County openly acknowledged their defiance of both state law and a Supreme Court decision by continuing to count invalid ballots.
“We all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country. And people violate laws anytime they want. So, for me, if I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention to it,” Democrat Diane Marseglia said.
The RNC responded by filing dual lawsuits last week to cease the counting of invalid ballots.
Following the RNC’s legal challenge, Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court reaffirmed on Monday that undated ballots must be excluded from the count.
Bucks County’s election board subsequently followed the court’s directive, stopping the count of improperly dated ballots.
After removing the invalid votes from the total, Casey finally acknowledged his defeat.
Pennsylvania’s Democratic establishment could no longer manipulate the results.
Patriots in Bucks County flooded the Commissioner's meeting, demanding the immediate resignation of the members who voted to commit election fraud to help Bob Casey & Dems steal the Senate seat.

“During my time in office, I have been guided by an inscription on the Finance Building in Harrisburg: ‘All public service is a trust, given in faith and accepted in honor,'” Bob Casey said.
“Thank you for your trust in me for all these years, Pennsylvania. It has been the honor of my lifetime,” he said.
