Graham Says Biden And Harris Set The World Ablaze
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) stated over the weekend that the Biden-Harris administration has set the world “on fire” under the pretext of “not escalating” global conflicts. He made these comments during a Sunday CNN interview with Jake Tapper on “State of the Union,” discussing Israel’s recent strike that killed Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah.
Graham expressed concern that the events of the past year, beginning with Hamas’ unprecedented terrorist attack on Israel on October 7 and Israel’s subsequent military actions against both Hamas and Hezbollah, are pushing Iran closer to developing nuclear weapons.
“We’re one missile away from civilians getting killed in Israel and maybe Israel having to hit Iran,” he noted, adding that Secretary of State Antony Blinken had mentioned the Iranian nuclear program was weeks away from producing a weapon. “What Iran’s learning from all this, it’s probably better to have a nuclear weapon than not. Their proxies have really been hurt. Hezbollah, Hamas have really been hurt.”

Graham expressed his fear that Iran may pursue nuclear weapons as a safeguard, thinking they need such an “insurance policy” after the setbacks faced by their proxies.
He further stated that the relationship between the Biden-Harris administration and Israel has weakened to the point that Israel largely does not consult with the U.S. administration. “The Biden administration is paralyzed by fear of Iran,” he said. “In the name of not escalating, the world is on fire. So I promise you, if Trump does win, we’re going to fix this pretty quick.”
