Hamas Massacre Lawsuit with UNRWA Comes to a Head

LAWSUIT Against HAMAS Terrorists

A lawsuit has been filed in Manhattan against the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), which has been linked to many controversies. In the lawsuit, UNRWA is accused of helping Hamas, a terrorist group, carry out a horrific assault in Israel on October 7th that claimed the lives of almost 1,200 people, including more than 30 Americans.

The host of Making Money with Charles Payne on FOX Business Network first made the lawsuit public exclusively. It was filed in the Southern District of New York on Monday. It lays out the allegations made against the infamous U.N. body.

According to the accusation, Hamas did not carry out these horrible deeds without assistance. The defendants listed above, who are prominent UNRWA officials either now or in the past, as well as UNRWA itself were major players in aiding and abetting Hamas. They committed to helping Hamas build the infrastructure and manpower needed for the October 7 Attack for more than ten years before it happened. Providing Hamas with cash in US dollars, which was used to pay smugglers for guns, explosives, and other items connected to terrorism, was one aspect of this aid.

The lawsuit, which was filed by the Chicago and New York law firms MM-legal LLC and Amini LLC, respectively, claims that the defendants were often warned that their actions were directly supporting Hamas. The Defendants continued their activities in spite of the warnings.

UNRWA director Philippe Lazzarini was named as one of the defendants. Lazzarini’s resignation was sought by the Israeli government in January after allegations that UNRWA employees were complicit in the October 7th mass slaughter.

The lawsuit claims that Lazzarini and UNRWA ignored the fact that the “defendants are responsible for assisting and supporting Hamas’ commission of genocide, crimes against humanity, and torture” and that the “consequences of the actions were predictable.”

According to the lawsuit, UNRWA’s Middle East field offices received crucial support from its permanent staff in New York, which eventually resulted in the organization giving money and other materials to Hamas’ terrorist infrastructure in Gaza.

According to the lawsuit, UNRWA’s Manhattan, New York bank account had over $1 billion that was purportedly used to fund Hamas, a terrorist organization designated by the United States.

The United States stopped providing financial support to UNRWA when it became known that staff of the organization had participated in the killing on October 7. However, after brief pauses, certain generous contributors to UNRWA, like Germany, Austria, and other Western European countries, began providing funding again. After October 7th, the European Union promised to provide UNRWA an additional $54 million.
